Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and SHKD Quest when you book, attend, or participate in an experience.
1Acceptance of Terms
By booking, accessing, or participating in any SHKD Quest experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not participate.
2Participation Requirements
All participants must meet the age and conduct requirements outlined in our House Policy. SHKD Quest reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who does not comply with stated requirements or behaves in a manner inconsistent with the experience.
3Nature of Immersive Experiences
SHKD Quest experiences are interactive, physical, and social by design. Participation may involve movement, decision-making under pressure, contact with environmental elements, and interaction with other participants and performers. Participants are expected to engage with awareness of their surroundings and personal limits.
4Liability Disclaimer
SHKD Quest, its staff, contractors, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Participants assume all inherent risks associated with immersive, physical experiences.
5No Refunds
All sales and bookings are final. SHKD Quest does not issue refunds for missed experiences, late arrivals, or voluntary withdrawal. In rare cases of cancellation by SHKD Quest, alternate arrangements will be offered at the company’s discretion.
6Indemnity
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless SHKD Quest, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation, conduct, or breach of these terms.
7Personal Responsibility
Participants are solely responsible for their own actions, decisions, and physical wellbeing during the experience. You agree to follow all staff instructions and to participate within your own physical and mental capacity.
SHKD Quest does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and how we look after it.
1Information We Collect
When you book, sign a waiver, or contact us, we collect:
- Name (first and last)
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Information you voluntarily include in messages or inquiries
2How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Communicate with you regarding your booking or inquiry
- Send experience updates, schedule changes, and pre-event details
- Respond to questions and feedback
- Improve our experiences and services
3Communication Consent
By providing your contact details, you consent to receive transactional and informational messages from SHKD Quest related to your participation. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
4Data Protection
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While no system is completely secure, we treat data stewardship as a core operational responsibility.
5No Sale of Personal Data
SHKD Quest does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
6Limited Third-Party Sharing
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the experience — such as booking, payment, and communications platforms. These providers are bound by confidentiality and may only use your information for the purposes we direct.
House Policy
Ground rules for participants on-site. They exist to keep the experience safe, inclusive, and enjoyable for everyone.
Age Policy
- 15+ allowed
- Ages 11–14 must be accompanied by an adult
Admission Policy
- No abusive or threatening behavior
- No harassment of any kind
- Respect staff and fellow participants
Intoxication Policy
No entry if under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Dress Code
- Safe, appropriate attire required
- No unsafe footwear (heels, sandals, etc.)
Waiver Requirement
All participants must sign a waiver before participation begins.
Filming & Photography
- Recording may occur during experiences
- Participation implies consent for promotional use
- You may notify staff, but exclusion is not guaranteed
No Refunds
All sales and bookings are final.
No Animals
No animals on the premises, except for legally required service animals.
9Indemnity Clause
Participants agree to indemnify SHKD Quest, its staff, and partners from liability arising out of their participation, including any conduct, accident, or incident occurring during the experience.
10Responsibility Clause
SHKD Quest is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
We recommend leaving valuables at home or securing them in designated storage where available.
